Frequently asked questions about PPanel
How does mobile attendance control work?
Each employee installs the Trekk System app on their Android phone. When arriving and leaving they tap once; the system stores date, time, location and, if enabled, a photo. You see the records in real time on the web panel.
Which employment documents can PPanel generate?
Individual employment contracts, internal work rules, app access acknowledgements, disciplinary reports with a catalog of reasons, and promissory notes for staff loans. They are editable templates filled with each person’s data; we recommend your attorney reviews them.
Does PPanel help comply with the 40-hour reform?
PPanel electronically records each person’s check-in and check-out with date, time and location and keeps the history, which is the basis of the working-hours record required by article 132, section XXXIV of the Federal Labor Law. The STPS general provisions have not been published yet; we will confirm alignment when they are.
Can I upload my staff from Excel?
Yes. You can import employees from Excel, CSV or by copy and paste, with validation before saving.
How long does setup take?
You can be live the same day: you add your people and each person installs the app on their phone, with no devices or wiring.

Does PPanel record the clock-in location?
Yes. Every clock-in stores date, time, person and the geolocation where it happened. If you enable it, it also stores a photo as evidence.
Does it work for outsourcing companies?
Yes. You manage staff assigned to different clients and sites, and each client gets a portal to review the compliance of the staff you provide.
Does it work for field or remote teams?
Yes. They record clock-ins, incidents and requests from the mobile app and every entry keeps its date, time and responsible person.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Without signal, records are saved on the phone and sent automatically when the connection returns.
Does subscribing to PPanel release me from the reform’s obligations?
No. PPanel is a technology tool for recording and management. Compliance with the Federal Labor Law, including the 40-hour reform and the recording of working hours, remains the responsibility of each employer: you must make sure your staff record their attendance, configure your schedules properly and review your records. Consult your labor attorney.
Are my records useful in a labor inspection?
PPanel keeps every record with full traceability (who, when and where) and makes it searchable and exportable. Legal validity depends on your case, so we recommend checking it with your legal advisor.
How much does it cost?
